Mr. Sunny Wong, the Executive Director of Tiber Water Resources Ltd, was invited as the guest speaker. Mr. Sunny Wong shared with the audience on how he was greatly influenced by a few of his former supervisors, of whom he looked upon as his life mentors. They made him realize that a true leader cares about his subordinates wholeheartedly and exhibits unwavering integrity; while building a highly effective work team upon the mutual trust and respect with the subordinates. He also shared his experience of acquiring 59 breweries over the course of 10 years in Mainland China, and successfully opened up China’s market for an international beer company. Sunny’s story demonstrated how he achieved the final victory by embracing failure.
