Klaus Paur joins MaLogic as the Managing Partner, Research Practice Leader, and Head of Automotive & New Mobility Division.
Klaus has over two decades of experience in market research and consultancy in the automotive industry. He lived and worked in various European countries and has spent more than 10 years in Shanghai, where he successfully led client service teams across China. He held regional and global senior management roles, including Global Head of Automotive of Ipsos, and Managing Director of Automobile, Greater China and Korea at Synovate. Klaus has served most automotive OEM’s and suppliers worldwide across a wide spectrum of research areas. He is passionate about advising clients on the implications of consumer motivations and behavior for their business performance improvement.
Charlie Zhang joins MaLogic as CEO of Media Division.
With his outstanding track record in media, market insights, and brand management experience, Charlie is leading the media division in MaLogic, with the task to drive its growing media-related business.
Prior to joining MaLogic, Charlie was the Vice President of Focus Media and, before that, the General Manager of Huayi Brother. In his 15 years of outstanding track record in sales management, Charlie has been involved in launching of many new media including China’s earliest outdoor media bus and subway media, Shanghai MPI Advertising Co., Ltd. (acquired by JCDecaux Media); he resolutely joined in the early stage of Focus Media and witnessed its entrepreneurship and in which he was promoted as the Vice President of Sales.
The appointment of Klaus and Charlie is part of the strategic move by MaLogic to facilitate its business expansion in China and to maximize the tangible business impact for its clients.
