黄平花
联合创始人兼首席执行官-中国作为一位专业会计师，黄平花决定在市场调硏领域发展。她在商业管理方面很有天赋，亦很快在多间市场调研公司，包括思纬 （大中华）和 GfK （香港和台湾）晋升至管理阶层。 在成为冠思控股的联席首席执行官之前，黄平花创立了GMD，决定在科技发展和大数据的基础上重新厘定市场调研的战略地位。
袁文俊
联合创始人兼首席执行官-香港袁文俊博士（Dr. Royce Yuen）是MaLogic的联合创办人及联席首席执行官，并负责领导集团的“品牌战略”服务。 袁博士曾经担任奥美香港和南中国地区的集团主席，他亦于2005年到2010年期间担任香港广告商会（HK4As）的主席，成为创意产业的发言人。
