More than 20 years’ experience of market research and consultancy in the automotive industry.

Previous roles include Ipsos Global Head of Automotive Center of Excellence, Synovate Automotive Managing Director Greater China, TNS Director for China and North Asia.

Over his career, he has put focus on consumer decision processes, looking at the entire purchase journey – from product innovation, brand, communications, and dealer service, to customer experience. He advises automotive clients on opportunities from consumer attitudes and behaviour for their business operations.

Originally from Austria, Klaus has lived and worked in Germany, France, UK, and China.
