With over 40 years’ experience in strategic marketing and research, Robby is an invaluable asset to the team.In the corporate world, Robby held various senior positions with consumer goods, banking, and not-for-profit organizations.He was Marketing Director, of Citibank N.A., Consumer Services Group from 1986 to 1990.

Subsequently, Robby switched to market research. He was Managing Director of Synovate Indonesia from 1996 until 2012 when Synovate was acquired by Ipsos.

Most recently, he was a Partner and Consulting Practice Leader with Dunamis Organization Services (FranklinCovey Indonesia) from 2012-2015.Robby has university degrees in Education and in Business Management.He is a university lecturer, seminar speaker, and workshop facilitator in his native language Indonesian and in English.
