They have done so with support from the team – Royce and Tez on the rebranding, and Wilson on the enhancement of their business model.
The business model comprises of a convenience store, supply chain management, and fin-tech model all in one, is supported by a sophisticated ERP system that is created and managed by MaLogic.
Right now, Come Commune has its first directly owned store, 6,000 co-op stores, 2 finance institutes providing supply chain financing, and a platform where members can generate virtual points that can be immediately spent in the co-op store as cash. Two and 20 more stores will be opened in October and November respectively.
CEO of Come Commune – Mr. SiQi Yao said “I was so excited that I couldn’t go to sleep last night. Thanks to MaLogic team who really supported me when our business was losing direction. They aren’t a team that only talks about money, and they didn’t leave me when I needed the biggest help. They stayed with me, supported me, and guided me in the right direction. In China, I’ve never met a consultant company like them. A lot of companies just talk and never can turn things around. MaLogic – Eliza does not pay lip service, she actually works on helping the project, and she told me that she was committed to my success. Eliza also has a good team, Hocking was working days and nights with me too. MaLogic is not only a consultant company, it is a company that really cares.”
